As Chair of Dementia Action Alliance Faversham, Alison Carter was thrilled to collect the 2017 Community & Partnership Project Award at the Dementia Friendly Kent Awards on 20th October. The award was given in recognition of the 'Dementia: Ask the Experts Day' that we created and first ran last November in Faversham. This model has since been replicated in other parts of the county which is brilliant.
