On 30th July, we held our Summer ‘Tea and Talk’ client engagement event. Over 30 clients and family members joined us at Judd’s Folly Hotel (next door to our office at Syndale Park). During the afternoon, we enjoyed sandwiches and a strawberry cream tea with freshly-baked cake. Alison and Rhona provided an update on the latest news from No Place Like Home (some of which is included in this newsletter). Our newest Advisory Board Member, Stephen Surridge, introduced himself and gave a brief summary of his experience of No Place Like Home.
Following the ‘formal’ part of the proceedings, clients were treated to another performance of our very own PA Choir. This time, our choir master was musician David McClelland who accompanied the Choir on guitar. Everyone joined in the 1960s and 70s sing-along which was great fun!
