In February 2020, we were delighted to be invited to attend our first national awards as one of 3 finalists nationally. Following nomination, we were short-listed for a validation day visit which felt much like a Care Quality Commission Inspection. Achieving this success speaks volumes for our focus on staff wellbeing. It was a fantastic evening, with the awards attended by celebrity guest Anton du Beke from Strictly Come Dancing!
