Alison was asked by Alzheimer's Research UK to speak again at the 2017 Alzheimer's Show as well as at the charity's East of England Supporters' Day in Cambridge. Alison's sharing of her family's personal experience raises awareness of dementia and helps contribute to making our communities more dementia-friendly. Better public understanding can make a huge difference in the day-to-day lives of those individuals and families affected by dementia.
