At our latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection we were delighted to be awarded the highest possible rating of 'Outstanding' in all 5 domains of SAFE, CARING, EFFECTIVE, RESPONSIVE and WELL-LED. To put this in perspective, less than 1% of all providers regulated by CQC achieve an 'Overall Outstanding' rating (which means they are Outstanding in more than 2 domains. Less than 0.2% of providers achieve 'Overall Outstanding' in all 5 domains. At the time of our rating, we were only 7 other providers in our sector with this rating. Naturally, our staff and clients were absolutely delighted with this outcome.
