We are delighted to introduce this year's Leslie Fenn Dementia Award winner, Pat Stewart. Pat is recognised for going the extra mile to support the wellbeing not only of her client, but also her colleagues over the past year. Pat has worked with us at No Place Like Home for almost 9 years. Alongside her role at No Place Like Home, Pat also volunteers at Pilgrim's Hospice and is a Celebrant. Trained in bereavement counselling, she is always ready to support colleagues who might appreciate a 'Chat to Pat'.
